Review Care — service details
This is an overview of the proposed monthly service. Your written order confirms the provider, scope, start date, final payable amount and applicable tax treatment before you commit. Requesting a free audit does not create a paid subscription.
Price and billing
EUR 299 per month plus EUR 199 one-time setup. Month-to-month, paid in advance. Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Unused replies do not roll over. The written order confirms the billing date and final payable amount.
Included scope
One location and one Google business profile; up to 20 replies to new reviews per month, in German or English. Each reply is human-reviewed. We check reviews twice weekly and deliver drafts within two working days of each check. One consolidated revision round is included per batch.
Setup and monthly insights
Setup covers your tone of voice, the approval workflow and a short baseline check. Each month includes a concise guest-feedback summary with recurring praise, recurring concerns and up to three practical improvement suggestions.
Your approval and account access
You approve replies before publication. We publish approved replies when delegated access is available; otherwise we provide approved text for you to publish. No response does not count as approval. Time awaiting your approval is recorded separately. You retain account ownership; do not share passwords.
Additional work and exclusions
Additional locations, languages, platforms, reply volume, historical backlogs and profile cleanup require a separate quote before work begins. Complaint investigations, refunds, photography, website work and daily crisis monitoring are outside this package.
Languages and results
The four website languages help you understand the offer; included review replies are in German or English. Other reply languages require agreement. Illustrative examples are fictional and do not represent client results. Higher ratings, search rankings, bookings or revenue are not guaranteed.
Getting started
Send your business name, country and Google profile link. A short sample contains three observations and one suggested reply. Before paid work starts, we confirm fit, scope, billing details, your authorised approver, tone, escalation contact and a start date in writing.
Ending the service
We confirm the last service date, hand over pending approved drafts and the final summary, reconcile agreed charges and remove delegated access. Handling and retention of client records must be agreed during onboarding.
